Does the glow need a battery?
No. The luminous layer absorbs ordinary light — daylight, a lamp, your screen — and releases it slowly once it's dark. Leave it somewhere bright for a while and it'll glow longer. It's a soft ambient glow, not a torch.
Will the liquid leak?
The glitter chamber is sealed during moulding, so it isn't something you can open. Don't cut or puncture the shell and it stays put.
Do the AirPods come with it?
No — this is the case only.
Which one fits my AirPods?
Cases are moulded per generation and aren't interchangeable. Pick from AirPods 1 & 2, AirPods 3, AirPods 4, AirPods Pro 1 & 2, or AirPods Pro 3. If you're not sure which you own, the model number is printed in tiny text on the underside of the charging case lid.
Can I charge through the case?
Yes — the charging port is cut out, so you can plug in without taking the case off.

How long will it take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped with tracking. Full delivery estimates by region are on our shipping policy page.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Possibly, depending on where you are. Import charges are set by your own customs authority, aren't included in the price you pay us, and are paid by whoever receives the parcel.
My tracking hasn't moved.
Tracking often sits still for the first few days after dispatch. That's normal. If nothing has updated in 10 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it.
Returns
Can I return it?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Start the return through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back.
It arrived damaged or it's the wrong one.
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't pay return postage.
