Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays and weather can add time beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Botswana may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. It can take a few days after dispatch before tracking updates start showing movement — this is normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or the parcel hasn't arrived within the estimate above, contact us and we'll chase it. If it's genuinely lost we'll resend or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can change it if you contact us before the order ships, but not after.
